Finely embroidered in polychrome wool yarns on a handwoven wool ground, the composition centered by a stylized standing female figure surrounded by floral and geometric motifs within multiple decorative borders. Finished with fringed ends and displaying the vibrant color palette characteristic of the textile traditions of the Ayacucho region and the Peruvian Andes.
