Circa: 1900-1930

This is a standard "button knob" style lid. While many Red Wing lids feature a decorative "daisy" or "petal" pattern, this plain version is also characteristic of Red Wing stoneware.

Glazing: It features the typical light cream/beige zinc glaze common to Red Wing pottery produced after the salt-glaze era.

10.75 outer diameter, 8.75 inner lip diameter, 2.5" height with button knob. Weighs 4.1 pounds.


Condition Notes: Great antique condition , no cracks, the divot on top in unglazed detail is inherent to piece during production-not a chip. Perfect underside and inner ring. There are two edge chips. See photos
