That a unique piece model from Fortuny that we haven t seen and for sure not in production anymore , by the texture there is no doubt that it is a very early pice circa 1920 , the master her design a very strong motif representing an aigle in a wreath all wings open with a series of volutes and rubans , repeating it self and produce a very strong design , this model is in the same spirit than the Crosoni design inspire by the french Empire , it is possible that Fortuny has been inspired by this style for several models , after all Napoleon left some traces in Venice and the historic connotation is making sense , anyway this piece is splendid nearly square 94H on 74 W it is finish with and antique Fortuny trim , it is important to say that any piece of Fortuny of that age is extremely rare and precious especially when it s unknown design , so we ahem her a wonderful collection piece .
