This exceptional Lalique art glass rooster, originally titled Coq Nain (translating from French as the "dwarf rooster"), was designed in 1928 by RenÃ© Lalique. Conceived during the Art Deco era as a luxury automobile radiator mascot, the piece showcases a proud, active pose beautifully rendered with finely detailed, frosted feathery plumage. Measuring approximately 8 1/4 in. H x 5 1/8 in. W x 2 3/8 in. D, the figurine exhibits some surface abrasions and a distinct chip to the beak
