About the artist: Viktor Mikhailichenko was born on June 20, 1949 in the town of Chirchik, Tashkent region (Uzbekistan). He graduated from the painting department of the Tashkent Republican Art School named after PP Benkov in 1974 and the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute.
