About the artist: Was born on May 2, 1949 in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Donetsk region. Graduated from the theatrical department of the Rostov Art School named after M. Grekov (1975). Teachers by profession - F. Teryaev, F. Domansky. At the school, he met with the now cult artist Nick Safronov. Painter. He started with realism, but became known as a representative of avant-garde art. Considers himself a "Dadaist". Follows the motto of Picasso: "You can live, grow old, but remain a child." The artist is positive and considers the client's desire to hang a picture in his "bedroom" as the criterion of art. One of the most colorful and fruitful artists in Donetsk. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1988). He taught at an art school in the city of Donetsk. Participant of exhibitions: republican, all-Union (1978), foreign - in Poland (1991-1992), Italy (1992). Personal - in Donetsk (1989, 1997, 1999), Horlivka (1990), Gliwice (Poland, 1991, 1992). Major works: "Menagerie", "Pan for All" (1989); Kurulik (1990); Yuldus, Solar Beings, Bustard (1995); "Call Back", "Still Life" (1998). The works are kept in the Donetsk Art Museum, the Gorlovka Art Museum, the Gulfstream gallery (Italy) and in private art galleries in France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Israel and others.
