This poster announced a February 1967 residency at Both/And in San Francisco featuring Hugh Masekela and Letta Mbulu. Often referred to as The Father of South African Jazz, Hugh Masekela was a genius composer as well as a talented trumpet, trombone, and flugelhorn player. During his long, successful career, he was nominated for a Grammy Award three times.
