Vintage Heavy White and Agate Tribal Necklace, Brass. 18.5", Mid-Century estimate . This has agate beads as well as heavy white beads that are believed to be a natural shell or some other material - the main one at center with carved brassed side peices and other brassed beads. It is appx. 30mm round with some natural coloring and grooved depression. The agates are faceted and appx. 19mm round. There are ring-like whtie beads at the ends that are appx. 8mm round as well as a mix of other brass or metal beads mixed in . It is not known what the ring type beads are made from. They do have a ridged edge at center. This has an elaborae heavy hook clasp with double oval ring chain and a dangling round agate. There is finish wear on those rings. It is not signed or marked. Good primitive condition with some finish chain on the chain at back as mentioned. (W9118.8 SS15974 J LD 6/3/25).
