Title:Vintage Sterling Red Carved Mask Bracelet, Mexico, 6.5", Signed CMB, 1940's-1950'sDescription:Vintage Sterling Red Carved Mask Bracelet, Mexico, 6.5", Signed CMB, 1940's-1950's. This is marked Hecko in Mexico, signed La Plata and initials CMB. There are other markings I cannot read. This tets as sterling with an appx. 38 grams. It is appx. 1.25" wide at the widest point where the red mask is. This is a hinged panel bracelet with box clasp and safety chain. The tab on the box clasp sits against the frame and works fine - it is how it is made but it does not stick out much - just enough to open it. There are links between red mask links that have pointed and round bead design with a spiral in the center. These almost look like coffee beans with the indent down the center of the pointed bead. Oxidation on the finish which is normal but otherwise very good condition. The red masks do not test as onyx but as glass. (W32816.12X5 SS17531 J LD 3/31/26).
