ABOUT THE ARTIST: Popov Olexiy Olexiyovych - was born on 24th of May, 1916, in Northern Manchuria. In 1934 the artist`s family moved to Ukraine. He studied at Odessa Institute of Civil Engineering, architecture faculty. Mentors: Bershadsky Y.R., Postel O.B., Zamechek M.V., Zeiliger I.D. Main works: "Breakthrough over Domanivka" (1947), "On the Pass. Carpathians "(1948)," Philharmonic "," Garden City ", Ural", "In the Urals", "Old Town, Warsaw", "The Vistula River, Warsaw", "Roofs". The Artist died in 1988.
