This work is a hallmark of Bidlo's "appropriation art," where he meticulously recreates famous 20th-century masterpieces to challenge ideas of originality. This specific sculpture is a reinterpretation of Constantin Brâncu?i's iconic Mademoiselle Pogany (specifically the 1913 version).

CONDITION
There are no breaks, chips, cracks, or repairs. The wood shows slight wear from age and usage, especially along the corners of the base. The wood has taken on a dark patina from age.
