About the artist: Born in 1925 in the town of Znamenka, Kirovograd region. Graduated from the Odessa Art School. Teachers by profession: N. Shelyuto, N. Pavlyuk, M. Todorov. Major works: "T. Shevchenko's great-granddaughter Ekaterina and Antonina Krasitsky" (1960), "The bodyguard of the farm" (1962), "Veranda in Vorokhta" (1967), "Winter crops" (1971), "Morning at Zaporizhstal" (1972), Poplar (1974), Spring Lace. Dneproges Dam "(1975)," Druzhinniki "(1978)," The Road to the Temple "(1980)," Caucasus Mountains "(2000)," Meeting of the Cossacks with the Chumaks "(2004)," Golden Khortytsya "," With Victory! " (2005), "Tamara" (2006), "Gifts of the Fields", "Kesha Grapes" (2008). Participant of regional, republican and all-union art exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Master of landscape and portrait. Works are kept in Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Kiev, Odessa art museums, in private collections in Ukraine and abroad. More than 150 works are in the State Art Fund of Ukraine. He died on July 8, 2017.
