Since 1946, a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Since 1947, a member of LOSH. Since 1939, a regular participant in art exhibitions. Since 1947, he taught at the School. V. Mukhina. In 1951 he graduated from the Institute. I.E. Repin, where he studied with A.A. Osmerkina and D.N. Kardovsky. Personal exhibition was held in 1966 in Leningrad. The artist's works are in many museums in St. Petersburg, regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
