Description

PRESSED CRUCIFIX CANDLESTICK, alabaster/clambroth, having a hexagonal socket raised on a crucifix standard embossed "INRI" at the top, and a hexagonal base, factory polished under base, single-piece construction. New England Glass Co., and others. 1870-1890. 11 1/2" H, 4 1/8" D base.

Socket with a horizontal annealing check that slightly refracts, possibly as made.
