RPPC real photo postcard of a marching band where all the performers are dressed as Uncle Sam complete with white beards and tall hats with stars. There is a man next to the band dressed as a minstrel in black face. In back of him is a white hooded figure on a horse which is also hooded. Looks to be a KKK member. There is also a man holding an American Flag. On the back it is noted probably from the period when it was taken, 'Uncle Sam Brass Band - Black Face Minstrel'. Card is in great shape with sharp clear image and postally unused. Please see images. Circa 1900 - 1909.
