    About the artist: Artist Alexei Nikolaevich Timoshenko was born in the Cherkasy region in 1947. For many years he worked in the studio of Grigory Stepanovich Turchak, in 1976 he graduated from the Moscow State Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (art-graphic faculty). Soon after graduation, he organized his own school of painting, where he applied his own author's methods of teaching painting. For success in teaching, he was awarded the title "Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation".
