Title : Oil painting Every stroke contains a breath of truth Oleksandr Gukalov Description: NoAAA5551The Oil painting on Canvas titled "Every stroke contains a breath of truth" is an evocative abstract composition that speaks in the language of bold color, texture, and symbolism, guiding the viewer into an emotional and philosophical meditation on the very act of creation. Unlike traditional representational forms, this work strips away recognizable imagery and invites us into a realm where meaning lies hidden in color fields, painterly rhythms, and the weight of texture. The canvas pulses with vitality, each stroke carrying a sense of urgency and sincerity, as though the artist is etching fragments of inner truth directly onto the surface. The composition is divided into striking sections of color that immediately seize attention. The dominant band of red at the bottom creates a foundation for the piece, intense and fiery, symbolizing life force, passion, and the raw energy of existence. Above it, deep shades of cobalt blue stretch vertically, confronting the viewer with a sense of mystery, infinity, and introspection. Between these realms of red and blue lies a central vertical form in cream, ochre, pink, and yellow tones, like a living entity that carries the marks of motion and transformation. It undulates as though it is both flesh and flame, embodying vulnerability and resilience in equal measure. To the left of this organic vertical flow stands a thick, textured form in shades of warm brown. Its grooves and ridges resemble tree bark or the compressed memory of many lives woven together, and it grounds the painting in the stability of earth and history. In contrast, the right-hand form, lighter in palette and fractured by veins of color, feels like a canvas within a canvas-an abstract body, perhaps, or a symbolic gesture toward the fragility of truth itself. Together, these structures create a dialogue between permanence and impermanence, strength and delicacy. Hovering between the red and the cream is a sharp black stroke, thin yet powerful, like the incision of a pen or brush across a page. It is a visual reminder that truth, no matter how elusive, is inscribed with clarity and finality. At the bottom, an enigmatic black crescent form-perhaps a hat, perhaps a shadow-anchors the painting in mystery. Its curvature provides balance to the otherwise vertical movement of the composition and evokes an almost spiritual aura, a sign of the artist's belief that even abstraction carries symbols waiting to be deciphered.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Every stroke contains a breath of truth"* ARTISTS: Oleksandr Gukalov* SIZE: 60x60 cm/23.62x23.62 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artists: Alexander GukalovAfter graduating from Lviv Polytechnic, he was engaged in scientific work.
