A small section to the centre [K1-O12] with short upper marginal tear repaired with acid free paper.

Some period manuscript notes to the endpapers.

Original attractive gilt calf binding with remains of the original clasps and with the metal corner-pieces.
With the initials P.R. tooled to the centre of the front board.
Spine with raised bands , decorated in gilt.
Marbled endpapers. Gilt edges.
Text in two columns, in English.
