MEDIUM: oil on canvas YEAR OF CREATION: 1980 CONDITION: The painting is in good vintage condition, as shown in the photographs. It is currently unframed. ABOUT THE ARTIST: Shepa Anton Oleksiyovich - was born on the 17th of April 1928 in the Podgorianah village, Transcarpathian region. He studied at the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. Mentors: Selsky R., Bokshay J., Erdeli A. Worked in the field of easel and monumental decorative painting. Since 1957, he has taken part in Republican, all-Union, and international exhibitions. The main works: "Spring" (1967); "Folk Festivities" (1968); "The Village of Maidan" (1969). The artist died on the 4th of July 2014.
