Title : Oil painting Snowy streets of the village Oksana Kalenyuk Description: NoAAA3922This oil painting cardboard, titled "Snowy streets of the village", the artist uses an impasto technique, applying thick layers of oil paint to create a rich texture that enhances the depth and movement within the scene. The composition is dominated by a snowy landscape that stretches across the foreground and middle ground, depicted in shades of white, soft blue, and pale yellow. The brushstrokes suggest the natural unevenness of freshly fallen snow, with small trails indicating recent footsteps and sled marks. The snow appears to glisten under the bright winter sun, reflecting a crisp and frosty atmosphere. In the middle ground, a few children dressed in warm winter clothes can be seen playing in the snow, their figures captured in quick, expressive strokes. Their presence adds warmth and liveliness to the otherwise quiet village scene, emphasizing the joyful spirit of winter. The background showcases traditional village houses with sloping roofs heavily blanketed in snow. The walls of the houses are painted in warm earthy tones, contrasting beautifully with the cool blues and whites of the snow and sky. The rooftops, outlined with thick white strokes, highlight the weight of winter's embrace. The buildings are nestled among leafless trees, whose dark, twisting branches reach toward the sky, adding movement and structure to the scene. The sky is a brilliant, deep blue, with swirling patterns that suggest a crisp, breezy winter day. The artist's expressive strokes give the sky a dynamic and energetic quality, making it feel alive with the chill of winter air. The artist masterfully balances warmth and cold, stillness and activity, creating a composition that is both inviting and immersive.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Snowy streets of the village"* ARTISTS: Oksana Kalenyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/'5.90x7.87 inches' * MEDIUM: oil, cardboard* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this productAbout the artists: Kalenyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
