a fantastic quality antique bronze statue of Cupid, dating to circa 1850-1900. The bronze is likely of French origin, but as it is unsigned we aren't certain. The bronze depicts a classical winged Cupid figure in the act of stringing his bow, with his quiver at his back. The bronze measures about 9 1/2 x 7 ½ inches and is about 13 ¼ inches tall.
