Description

Large handwritten English vellum indenture dated 1898 during the reign of Queen Victoria being the conveyance of a dwelling in Weston in the county of Somerset, with a nice large survey inset into the indenture showing it as a parcel of Eva Farms. Two revenue stamps with silver inserts, tax stamps on verso, three red wax seals on green cloth tags signed and on verso. Find condition measures 28 by 24 inches
