Description
Large example of a late 19th century Dutch ripple mirror having it's original hand carved frame and a later beveled central mirror panel. This work features an intricate basketweave pattern and a repeating swirling wave motif. Designed in the style of the grand, architectural frames that once housed 16th and 17th century Dutch Masters' still-life paintings.
