Bone Dice Boxes.

First one is 5.5cm x 2cm x 2cm with sliding wooden lid. Second box measures 4.5cm x 2cm x 2.1cm with a bone lid with protruding tab. Dice are wedged into box and far end of box has been cracked. Lid is a bit loose due to the crack at the end of the box. Not sure when this dates to, but gaming boxes with similar designs are shown in Jane Kimball's Trench Art in the chapter on "Soldier Art Before the Great War."
