The piece comes with an authentication certificate from Belperron LLC (see picture 10). The brooches are made of 18 karat (hallmarked) yellow gold and platinum and set with 108 Old European and old-mine cut diamonds (F-G H color, VS1-VS2 clarity, total weight approximately 7.0 carats). The clips measure 2-1/8" (52 mm) long, 1" (25 mm) wide and 3/8" deep. Total weight 36.9 grams. Stamped with French hallmarks for 18k gold and partially effaced maker's marks for Societe Groe Ne Et Darde. Suzanne Belperron jewelry is highly sought after.
