  • Description: Vintage Carved Double Fish Necklace, 27", 1980's-1990's. the stone is testing as jade/jadeite. It has a wash over it to make the carvings pop. It is two fish in a frame. There is a 13mm round turquise speckled glass bead over the pendant with a 1mm brown cord and two brown (cateye) stone beads at the back of the knotted back. The knot can be open and adjusted to a different lenth. The pendant is appx. 2" by 1.5" with the bead over top. I am not a jade specialist - it tests as jade on a gem tester but that is not conclusive - it is not glass but definitely is a stone carving. Very good condition. Age is estimated at 1980's-1990's. It is not marked or signed. Chinese themed - also Pisces themed. (W51323.1X6 SS10678 J LD 5/22/23).
