Good to very good condition. there is some dark spots under the stone - the stone is not changing color - the back is closed so you cThere isannot see if it is wear on the foil back (if it has it or darkness on the metal. There is a round opening on the back of the setting where the main mark is. (W6422.5 SS8272 AZ LEB* LD 8/31/22).
