Flat rate by package size: $13 (envelope/small box), $23 (medium box), or $33 (large box). Insurance is added at 1.5% of the invoice total (first $100 covered free). Invoices over $2,500 ship via Registered Mail, insured, signature required. Shipping address must match billing address. No local pickup available.
