1920's This GORGEOUS cotton and wool crazy tied quilt is all hand pieced, with hand embroidered accents around the piecework.
It measures 70" X 84" and is in very good condition, with the occasional small, inconspicuous age spot, a couple of tiny moth nibbles, and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall.
The back is a silk print, and the edge is a "knife edge" with a hand embroidered blanket stitch.
