This miniature, round handled basket could be called a miniature field basket, signed (E.H.) and dated (illegible). It measures 5 3/8" in diameter and is 4" high, 7 1/4" to the top of the handle. Single-wrapped rim, nice mellow color and sturdy wood handle. Raised bottom on the interior. About 2 1/4" of the rim wrap is missing, but that does not impact the strength or integrity of the basket. Very sturdy construction. Both the signature and the date (both on the bottom) are hard to read and I don't want to hazard a guess on either.
