1930's This beautiful cotton 20's/30's pinwheel variation quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with all solid colors and unusual triangle design that contains 132 small pieces per block (more than 4750 pieces total).
The quilt measures 72" X 78" and is in very good condition, with the occasional light age spot and just the beginnings of binding wear in places.
The hand quilting is superb, with quilting around the piecework and in elaborate pinwheel and triangle designs in the background, all at an even 10-12 stitches to the inch.
The back is white, the machine stitched binding is lavender, and the batting is thin.
