Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a fabulous portrait of Peter's dear friend and mentor, Andy Warhol. It is titled "Dreaming Andy Warhol" painted in Berlin and executed with acrylic on board. It is signed and dated "Peter Keil "˜75" in the lower right corner and a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist is adhered to the verso.

This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.

The art is in excellent condition with exception to a minor flaw in the right corner as pictured. The frame is in excellent condition with no flaws.
