The fixture is designed to be mounted above framed artwork, mirrors, or wall displays, directing light downward across the displayed surface. The lamp features a hinged adjustment point and retains its fluorescent tube.Produced by an unidentified manufacturer, circa mid- to late 20th century.

Untested. Electrical cord has a section wrapped with electrical tape. Lamp exhibits light surface wear, scratches, and minor finish loss consistent with age and use. Adjustable joint operates properly and holds position. No obvious structural damage observed.
