Includes a larger, graphic sampler with girl and sheep, flowers, birds, and a fancy border, in a period frame, 25" high, 20" wide (overall); together with Sarah Ann Walker's 1862 sampler with verse, birds, trees, and roses, in a later frame, 19" square (overall). Provenance: Collection of Bob and Maxine Edwards, New Philadelphia, Ohio.
