Bio:
Carl-Harry Stalhane was one of Sweden's foremost 20th-century ceramic artists. He joined Rorstrand in 1939 and became its artistic director in the 1950s. His works range from functional designs to unique art pieces, often characterised by refined glazes and elegant organic forms. Stalhane also mentored younger designers and played a key role in shaping modern Swedish stoneware.
