Bio:
Carl-Harry Stalhane (1920-1990) was a Swedish ceramic artist and designer who played a key role in Rorstrand's development during the mid-20th century. Starting as an apprentice at Rorstrand in 1939, he later became artistic director in the 1950s. Stalhane was renowned for his refined forms, sophisticated glazes, and sculptural approach, making him one of the most significant Scandinavian ceramicists of his time.
