Goran Andersson 1936-2014 was a Swedish ceramic artist and designer active at Upsala Verkstad during the 1960s. He is recognised for a disciplined modernist approach, combining clear vessel forms with strong, graphic hand-painted decoration. His work reflects the Scandinavian post-war interest in structure, repetition and controlled ornament, and is today regarded as a characteristic expression of Swedish studio ceramics from the period.
