Descriptio
This rectangular stone relief panel depicts a finely carved male profile, rendered in high relief with strong classical features. The figure is adorned with a lion skin headdress, recalling iconography associated with Heracles, and framed by deeply incised locks of flowing hair. To the left side, an intricate vertical motif featuring a ram’s head and coiled serpent provides additional symbolic resonance. The stone surface shows an attractive weathered patina, enhancing the sense of age and authenticity. Mounted on a custom stand, this piece evokes Greco-Roman artistic traditions and serves as both an archaeological fragment and a striking decorative display.
