Description

Beautifully penned English vellum indenture dated 1733 during the Reign of George the Second being the conveyance of a grist mill in Somerset between Esther Methuen of Bridgewater, widow and Elizabeth Davis of Bridgewater also a widow. Fancy printed vignette with three blue revenue stamps, tax stamp, and red wax seal on cloth tag with armorial impression. Signed and on verso as well Measures 29 5 16 inches. Fine condition.
