Published in 1998 as a special Wizard Magazine exclusive, Spider-Man #1/2 features an original Spider-Man story available only through Wizard and quickly became one of the magazine's best-known promotional comics. The CGC label notes the Wizard mail-away exclusive and credits artwork by Rick Leonardi. Professionally graded CGC 9.8 with White Pages, this copy is an excellent high-grade example preserved in an older CGC holder. A small crack is present in the upper right corner of the case, but the comic remains securely encapsulated. Wizard exclusives continue to attract collectors of 1990s Marvel publications, particularly those seeking complete Spider-Man runs and notable promotional editions in certified high grade.
