Partly-printed D.S. ‘Decres’ 1p. folio, Paris, July 9, 1810, a naval appointment co-signed by an unidentified division head. Extra folds, else very good. WITH: CLAUDE VICTOR-PERRIN, DUC DE BELLUNO (1764-1841) French general, governor of Louisiana and Marshal of France. Manuscript L.S. ‘de Belluno’, 1p. legal folio, Paris, Feb. 22, 1823, in which Perrin notifies his correspondence that he is employed as major in a corps. Very good. Two pieces.
