Manuscript D.S. 1p. legal folio, ‘Republic of Texas’, July 6, 1838, a certification that George Hibbilkin [?] arrived in Texas before its independence, and is thus entitled to land in the County of Red River. Light foxing, weakened folds, overall good condition.
