  • Description:Vintage 14kt Tiger's Eye Ring, Sz. 8, Unique Design, 1980's. This ring has a splt double band that is only touching at the back of the finger. The band is appx. 7.5mm at top and where it meets at the back of the finger and is fused, it is appx. 3.2mm. The top is a design of 14kt gold wire accents coming from the lower bezel which holds the tiger's eye cabochon. The ring sits high on the finger - appx. 13mm. The ring has a 9.5mm by 7.8mm oval tigers eye is held by seven prongs cut from the bezel that sits under the stone. The rays are appx. 8.5mm front-and-back and 7.7mm side-to-side. This is a unique design. I only saw a few of them with agate type stones and each sold over $1000 to $1,200. It is not marked or signed but does test as 14kt with an appx. weight of 4.08 grams. Excellent condition. (W32826.56X4 SS 17528 J LD 4/5/26).
