ABOUT THE ARTIST: Selishchev Ivan Petrovich - was born on the 10th of April, 1928 in Roston village, Orlov region. He studied at Lugansk Art College and Kharkiv Art Institute. Mentors: Tomenko G., Besedin S. Worked in the easel painting industry. Since 1957 he participated in republican exhibitions. Major works: "The Beginning of Spring" (1957); "Makiivka. Industrial Landscape "(1960); "Evening in the Field" (1963); "The Collective Farm Spring" (1965) and others. The Artist died in 2011.
