ABOUT THE ARTIST: Kozin Petro Dmytrovich - was born on the 25th of November, 1926 in Kamaevo village, the Republic of Mordovia. He studied at the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. Mentors: Selsky R., Shcherbatenko Y., Bokshay J. Painter and sculptor. He worked in the field of easel painting and monumental and decorative art. Since 1961 he participated in republican exhibitions. The main works: "Countryman" (1963); painting of the interior of Lviv University of I.Franko (1960); "In the year of the twentieth" (1967); "Memoirs" (1968) and others. The artist died on the 22nd of December, 2013.
