The eagle is rendered in a traditional spread-wing pose with wings swept upward, perched upon a spherical globe. The piece is constructed from cast aluminum or a similar lightweight alloy and finished with a uniform gold-colored paint. The base of the globe features an integrated threaded rod and a hexagonal nut for mounting. No permanent manufacturer stamps or maker's marks were observed on the piece.
