Attributed to the Wolverine Supply and Manufacturing Company, this toy wringer washing machine was produced for the Western Auto Supply Company under their private Wizard brand. The toy is modeled after a full-sized Gibson appliance, as indicated by the embossed script on the red lid which reads Gibson De Luxe Washer. The machine is constructed from painted pressed steel, featuring a cylindrical white-enameled body supported by three red-painted legs. A red-painted wringer assembly is mounted to the side and contains two cream-colored pliable rollers. The unit is manually operated by two hand cranks equipped with dark-colored handles; the lower crank controls an internal agitator, and the upper crank operates the wringer rollers. The front of the body features an oval decal with the brand name WIZARD printed above a shield logo containing the letters W and A, with the slogan JUST LIKE MOM'S at the bottom. The red lid is removable.
