Origin: Germany. Material: Porcelain. Dimensions: H. 5 cm, D. 28 cm. Period: 1930s. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. Bio: The Meissen porcelain factory was founded in 1710 in Saxony and is the oldest porcelain manufactory in Europe. The factory is internationally known for its high-quality hand-painted porcelain and its characteristic mark of the blue crossed swords, used since the eighteenth century.
