Minton Majolica Figural Cat Pitcher

Description

Rare circa 1870 pitcher was designed by Paul Comolera. It features a striped tabby cat in the act of capturing a mouse beneath its paw, with the handle masterfully formed as the cat's tail. The piece measures approximately 10 in. H x 6 3/4 in. W x 4 in. D. It is in good condition, showing only natural, minimal discoloration to the interior.
