The 1862 Charleston fifteen cents note exhibits a tattered perimeter, heavy creasing and minor paper loss, while the six 1863 state notes remain structurally sound with crisp typography, intact red overprints and strong signatures. All pieces show localized staining, light foxing and expected edge fraying.
